Professional Standards

  • All physiotherapy services are delivered by a registered professional who meets the standards set by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
  • The physiotherapist will always act in your best interests and within their scope of practice.

Appointments and Home Visits

  • Appointments can take place in the clinic or at your home if agreed in advance.
  • We offer home visits within a specified local area (please check with us if you are unsure).
  • Please ensure your home environment is safe and suitable for treatment.
  • If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of booking and or treatment unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when booking.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee to cover lost time.

Health and Safety

  • You will be asked to provide accurate and complete information about your health and medical history before treatment begins.
  • If you feel unwell or your condition changes, please inform the physiotherapist before your session.
  • Infection control and professional hygiene standards are always maintained.

Liability

  • All care is provided according to professional standards and with reasonable skill and care.
  • The physiotherapist cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that arises from withholding information or not following treatment advice.

Agreement

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to follow them. If anything is unclear, please feel free to ask before your appointment.
